HOW DOES GOCIKLO WORK?

GoCiklo is a subscription for electric mopeds with battery swap service.
Perfect for couriers, riders, and all that need a smooth transport in their work.
Subscription - you rent an electric moped from GoCiklo with a swappable battery.
Swap stations - You swap the battery in 10 seconds in our swap stations. The swap stations are in the cities, very close to where you usually drive daily.

In our standard price plan, the moped is for your own personal use and does not cover additional drivers. Letting anyone else use the moped is a contract violation, and the insurance is invalid.
However, we offer shared vehicles to corporate customers.

The swap stations do only work for the batteries in the GoCiklo mopeds. -
The difference is that you with a GoCiklo moped can swap the batteries in 10 seconds while you with a traditional moped you need to stand still and charge your battery, and that normally takes a couple of hours.

No, it only takes 10 seconds to swap. There are always fully charged batteries in the swap station.

No, this is a swap service, so you do not need to charge at home.
The Swap stations is the only place where the batteries will be charged.

Find the battery swapping station that fits you location best.
When you arrive, park your moped safely, and open the seat. The station will automatically identify you and your moped.
Remove your current battery and insert it in an empty slot at the battery swap station. Push to get properly connected.
Wait for a max 10 seconds, and a charged battery will pop out. Remove it from the swap station and insert it in your moped.
Within a few seconds your are ready to go!

You will be notified where to collect your moped. You get notified via the GoCiklo app.

In Sweden, if you don’t have a personal identification number, you need the number given to you by Swedish authorities.

Your subscription ends according to your subscription terms with GoCiklo.
DRIVING GOCIKLO

It will generally take you +50 km.
Cold weather and hills can shorten the range, but plan your swaps, and you have all range you need.

There should always be charged batteries at each swap station, but if one station is out of order, the next swap station is close by. Please check the map in the GoCiklo App

Currently we are not offering helmets as different people prefer different type and brands of helmets.

Yes, you can always see the battery status and how many more kilometers you can drive on the mopeds dashboard

The maintenance service included in the subscription is based on usage in kilometers.

GoCiklo has service partners in each city we operate in, and you schedule repairs with them.

Insurance is included in your subscription, so theft shall be reported to us immediately and handled by the insurance terms.
For the insurance to be valid, you must have locked the steering wheel with the key and kept the key with yourself, locked the moped with a classified lock, and locked the seat.

Winter tires are essential in some cities and are offered as an extra service by our service partners at their price list. Please see the GoCiklo app.

Our service is normally fast so the wait will not be long. We will in the future offer the option to have a reserve moped in case it would be needed.
